Returns are not accepted unless arrives damaged. I will have insurance on the item when it ships and if it arrives damaged you will get the original reciept so you can make a claim.

I will pack each item to ensure it's safe delivery as best I can. I place each piece in it's own bubble bag.

For copper wrapped jewelry: Copper needs to be cared for like other metals. Wait to put any copper jewelry on until perfumes, lotions showers until skin is dry. Do not sleep in jewelry store in a box or a bag.
